Dan has worked in financial services since 2005, having started his career in banking. He joined The Mortgage Cube as a Protection Adviser in 2025.
Dan helps clients understand how unexpected life events could affect them and their families, and what options are available to help protect against those risks.
Dan particularly enjoys helping clients who are concerned that their medical history may make it difficult to obtain cover. He takes the time to understand their circumstances, explain the available options clearly and explore whether suitable cover can be found.
His approach is straightforward: identify where gaps in protection may exist, explain the options in an easy-to-understand way and help clients make an informed decision about protecting themselves and their family.

Rather than simply discussing individual insurance products, his approach starts with understanding the client's circumstances and identifying any potential gaps in their existing cover.
Dan also has particular experience helping people who are concerned that previous or existing health conditions could affect their ability to obtain protection. A medical history does not necessarily mean that suitable cover is unavailable, and Dan can explore the options available based on the client's individual circumstances.

Dan was born and raised in Torquay and has worked in financial services since 2005, starting out in banking before specialising in protection advice.
He joined The Mortgage Cube in 2025 and focuses on helping local families understand where gaps in their protection may exist and what options are available to them.
Outside work, Dan enjoys watching football and supports Liverpool. He has recently started playing golf and enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage son.
