Mortgage advice for Newton Abbot and Teignbridge

We're a mortgage brokerage based in Paignton, and we regularly help people in Newton Abbot and the wider Teignbridge area buy, move and remortgage. You can see us at our office or speak to an adviser by phone or video, and home visits can be arranged.

How we help

Most of our Newton Abbot clients come to us for one of a few reasons: buying a first home, moving, coming to the end of a fixed rate, letting out a property or getting a mortgage on self-employed income.

We start by understanding your income, outgoings and plans. Then we compare suitable options from more than 100 lenders and explain why we're recommending a particular mortgage. Once you're happy, we handle the application and keep in touch with the lender, solicitors and estate agents until completion.

We also help clients in Kingsteignton, Bovey Tracey, Chudleigh, Ashburton and the surrounding villages.

Questions we're often asked

Do you have an office in Newton Abbot?

No. Our only office is in Paignton. Many Newton Abbot clients come to us there, but home visits can be arranged, or we can speak by phone or video.

Can you help if I'm self-employed?

Yes. We regularly work with sole traders, company directors and contractors. Lenders look at self-employed income in different ways, so we'll talk through what records you have before recommending where to apply.

My fixed rate is ending soon. When should I get in touch?

Ideally around six months before your deal ends. That gives us time to compare a product transfer with your current lender against moving to a new one.

Do you only help people in Newton Abbot itself?

No. We help clients across Teignbridge, including Kingsteignton, Bovey Tracey, Chudleigh and Ashburton.
