Leah has worked in mortgage advice since 2022 and has been part of The Mortgage Cube since the same year.
She has particular experience helping clients whose circumstances aren't always straightforward, including people with a less-than-perfect credit history or who have previously struggled to secure a mortgage.
Leah also regularly helps existing homeowners review their options when their current mortgage deal is coming to an end.
Her approach is focused on understanding the circumstances properly, explaining the options clearly and finding a suitable way forward.

Leah particularly enjoys helping clients where getting a mortgage isn't necessarily straightforward.
A previous credit problem, financial setback or unusual set of circumstances does not always mean that securing a mortgage is impossible. Leah takes the time to understand what has happened, assess the available options and identify lenders whose criteria may fit the client's circumstances.
She also works extensively with homeowners approaching the end of their existing mortgage deal, helping them understand whether remaining with their current lender or remortgaging elsewhere may be more suitable.
Whatever the situation, Leah aims to make the process easy to understand. She explains each stage clearly, keeps clients informed and takes ownership of progressing their mortgage from application onwards.

There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The fee is up to 1% but a typical fee is £199.

About Leah
Leah was born and raised in Torbay and has worked with The Mortgage Cube since beginning her career in mortgage advice in 2022.
She particularly enjoys helping people overcome obstacles that may previously have made securing a mortgage difficult, with a focus on finding solutions and making the process as straightforward as possible.
Outside work, Leah spends much of her time with her partner watching their two boys play rugby.
